We have opportunities for you to join Serenity Path Care a Serenity Support Adviser or Team Leader.

Essential Criteria:

Experience of working with vulnerable young people ideally within residential care or supported accommodation.

You will be required to provide informative support in a therapeutic manner for Children / Young people to achieve their full potential whilst engaging within purposeful activities to increase independence.

You will prioritise interventions that meets their needs and ambitions, whilst adhering to their person-centred frameworks, that enables them to secure targeted outcomes and minimise the impacts of any risk posed towards their development.
